Odor Control and Dust Suppression unit

The Vortex FX is a fully mobile electrically-powered misting fan that is trailer mounted for mobility. The Vortex can run for over 4 hours on a full tank, making it the ideal solution to control variable, localized and emergency odor or dust control.

How it Works

The Vortex FX has a 300 gallon capacity holding tank which can be used to hold any of Air Spectrum Environmental's range of odor neutralizers, or indeed just water (for dust control applications). On site, Spectrum Odor Neutralizer is pre-diluted into the tank, so no dosage pump is required. The fluid is pumped through Air Spectrum's high-pressure nozzle technology, creating an atomized mist, which is projected forward by a Spectrum Vortex Fan.

This provides up to 45’ radial coverage, and when used in conjunction with Spectrum Odor Neutralizer, is a highly effective tool for controlling odor.

The Vortex FX is ideal for a wide range of applications, including: remediation, landfill, composting, waste water, and agricultural uses.
